SRS Group is New Zealand’s first dedicated architectural rigging company, supported by an in-house bespoke fabrication department and specialist foliage green wall team. All three divisions work collaboratively to seamlessly service the civil, commercial and high-end residential markets.
Since 2014, SRS Group has provided specialised architectural rigging services utilising two main components – cables and tensile mesh. Using these products we have been involved in some of the countries most visible and well known projects which span support solutions for foliage vertical gardens and green screens, catenary lighting, suspension of feature lighting, balustrading infill, anti-throw and fall protection screens for bridges and overpasses, zoo enclosures and even children’s playgrounds.
SRS Group is supported by an established in-house bespoke fabrication division with experienced welding, cutting, bending, forming and machining expertise. Most recently the company has expanded capacity to manage all aspects of the green wall process including foliage selection, installation of support systems, planting, irrigation and ongoing maintenance, meaning SRS Group is now a full-stop shop for all manner of green walls and gardens on the built structure.

Fabrication
You dream it, we create it. Our in-house fabrication team has over 35 years of experience and excels in bespoke projects using stainless steel, galvanised steel and aluminium with the capacity to work with many other materials.

We design, supply and install custom balustrades and barriers for apartment blocks, carparks, commercial buildings and homes in a number of different materials – stainless steel, galvanized steel, aluminium and timber with a number of infill options available.
Mesh Nets & Safety Netting
Our custom-manufactured tensile mesh net is a perfect solution for creating safety nets, barriers, enclosures and permanent edge solutions. If it’s essential to keep people, animals and vehicles in or out of an area then our hard-wearing mesh is the answer.

Providing a number of architectural solutions including mesh barriers, anti-throw screens, playground equipment safety barriers, animal enclosures, and internal or external dividers, screens and partitions.

Providing you with top quality wire cable up to 40mm as well as variety of rope splicing options, from traditional three strand-style to modern manmade fibres.

In order to guarantee the strength of every job we complete, we're pretty selective when it comes to the right materials. That's why we prefer to use materials like 316 marine grade stainless steel. Whether the project is at sea, at home, or at the office, 316 provides a long lasting, low maintenance, non-corrosive solution, which works for everyone - people, animals and plants alike!
PLUS, our tensile mesh, used across a number of items in our product range, is custom manufactured from 316 marine grade stainless steel and can be created in almost any colour you like.
