Sneak Peak

Customer service is a huge focus at SRS. We have started creating a show room for our customers to come in and view the products they may be considering installing into their homes or commercial projects. In New Zealand there is a large range of products out there for balustrades however, at SRS we pride ourselves on our super-yacht quality and quotation to installation process. We believe creating samples for our customers allows you to view the product openly with no hidden nasty’s. Currently we have a V-Wire balustrade, Vertical wire balustrade, Mesh in-fill balustrade and Flat bar balustrade on display.  We are planning to build our show room to exhibit a full range of products SRS can offer and assist you with, as we all know SRS does a lot more than just balustrades.

We have only been in our new location for 6 months which may seem a while but when you are running a business it takes time to get functionally set up. We are looking forward to the process of our workshop begin set up with our show room on display for all of our customers in the future. We also like to have a laugh with our customers, which is why we incorporated a special clients thinking room into our new location. SRS can not wait to share more sneak peaks on our up and coming show room so, stay tuned and come and say hi!
