Back in 2018 SRS Group NZ Ltd was contracted to Outside in to complete the fabrication and installation of a vertical garden at the Smales Farm Vodafone office. This vertical garden involved our team fabricating the custom aluminium planters. The planter boxes were then finished in a black powder coating, this enhanced the vertical gardens aesthetics and made it a sophisticated feature within the atrium. For all of the planters to be securely hung we needed to create custom brackets to allow the planters to be hung from the existing balustrades. To ensure health and Safety we installed the planters at night when the office was closed. This allowed us to ensure no-one would get hurt in the event if anything went wrong.
