Tirohanga Whanui Project
Watercare and NZ Transport Agency have joined together to create a new walking and cycling bridge connecting Spencer Road to Albany over the Northern Motorway (SH1). This new design has sought inspiration from the valleys, waterways and ridges within the local areas of Pinehill and the East Coast Bays.
